The Town of Black Wolf Stormwater Utility District Committee is passionate about ensuring our ditches stay free and clear of any harmful pollutants.
In partnership with Northeast Wisconsin Stormwater Consortium, the focus is to improve awareness and safeguard our waterways to stay clean.
Winnebago County works endlessly to maintain the landscape of the ditches to ensure optimal flow of runoff.
