PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:00p.m., May 5^th, 2025 the Planning and Zoning Committee will conduct a public hearing at the Town of Black Wolf Town Hall located 380 E. Black Wolf Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54902. The committee will be considering a Conditional Use Permit request submitted by Gabrielle Boehrig for the purpose of housing horses with necessary structures with a goal to provide therapeutic equine related activities at the currently zoned agricultural property located on County Road Z. 

At the public hearing the commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board on whether to approve the conditional use permit. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
