TOWN OF BLACK WOLF

NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Black Wolf adopted two ordinances on June 8, 2026 at a public meeting with quorum present. The ordinances adopted are summarized below and the full text of the ordinance may be obtained at the Black Wolf Town Hall located at 380 E. Black Wolf Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902.

  • Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance – This Ordinance is to approve and adopt the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Black Wolf, Wisconsin. The amendments to the Zoning Map are substantively the same as those of the Zoning Map in force immediately prior to the enactment of this Ordinance and are intended as a continuation of the Zoning Map.
  • Ordinance Adopting an Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Black Wolf – This Ordinance is to incorporate the 2026 Official Zoning Map of the Town of Black Wolf as an element of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan.
