NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Black Wolf approved a resolution on June 8, 2026 at a public meeting with quorum present. The resolution is summarized below and the full text of the resolution may be obtained at the Black Wolf Town Hall located at 380 E. Black Wolf Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902.

  • Resolution to Rescind Resolution to Re-Establish Administration of Shoreland Zoning – On or about February 9, 2026 the Town Board approved a Resolution that stated the Town’s desire to have Winnebago County enforce County General Zoning within shoreland areas in the Town. The Town does not wish to re-enter County zoning from which it withdrew and resolved to rescind the February Resolution and state its intent to enforce its own general zoning ordinance throughout the town, including shoreland areas.
