Public Hearing on Amendment of Conditional Use Permit
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Black Wolf Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a public hearing at 6:00p.m. on November 5, 2026, at the Town of Black Wolf Town Hall, 380 East Black Wolf Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902. The hearing will consider amending the conditional use permit issued to Fox Valley Storage, LLC for the property located at 3691 Fond du Lac Road, Town of Black Wolf (Tax Parcel No. 0040045). The Town initiated this hearing under General Condition 5 of the conditional use permit, which reserves the Town’s right to modify the permit. The Committee will consider amending the permit’s conditions concerning exterior lighting. The Committee may also consider additional or modified conditions concerning outdoor storage, vehicle repair activity, noise, and fencing or screening of the property.
At the hearing, the Committee will take testimony and make a recommendation to the Town Board on whether to amend the conditional use permit. All interested persons may attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at the address above before the hearing. The conditional use permit and related materials may be inspected by contacting the Town Clerk.
