PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town of Black Wolf Planning and Zoning Committee will meet on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Black Wolf Town Hall, located at 380 E. Black Wolf Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902, to gather information for consideration in making a recommendation regarding possible amendments to the Conditional Use Permit issued to Fox Valley Storage, LLC, located at 3691 Fond du Lac Road, Town of Black Wolf (Tax Parcel No. 004-0045-02).
The Committee intends to travel to the Fox Valley Storage, LLC property and along Welle Drive as part of its information-gathering. Should a quorum of the Committee be present, this gathering constitutes a meeting of the Planning and Zoning Committee and is therefore being noticed accordingly. No formal motions or decisions will be made during this meeting.
