LEGAL NOTICE OF ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ADOPTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 14, 2026 the Town Board of the Town of Black Wolf, quorum present and upon proper notice, having conducted a public hearing and received a recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Committee, adopted the Ordinance Amending Zoning Ordinance.
The amendment introduced a new section to the Zoning Ordinance to impose a 12-month moratorium on the receipt, processing, and approval of new data center zoning applications.
