NOTICE

Please take notice that the Town of Black Wolf adopted two ordinances on April 13, 2026 at a public meeting with quorum present. The ordinances adopted are summarized below and the full text of the ordinance may be obtained at the Black Wolf Town Hall located at 380 E. Black Wolf Ave. Oshkosh, WI 54902.

• Ordinance No. 2.8(b)2021 Amending Town of Black wolf Ordinance No. 2.8(a)2021 entitled Solid waste and Recycling Ordinance. This ordinance amends the following sections:
  • Section 10. Definitions
  • Section 15. Preparation and Collection of Garbage and Recyclable Materials
  • Section 16. Responsibilities of Owners or Designated Agents of Multiple-Family Dwellings
  • Section 17. Responsibilities of Owners or Designated Agents of Non-Residential Facilities and Properties

• Ordinance No. 2026-01.BOR to Appoint Alternate Members for Board of Review. This ordinance is adopted pursuant to Section 70.47(6m) and Sec. 70.46(1) of Wis. Statutes in the event a standing Board Member is removed or unable to serve for any reason.
