REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The Town of Black Wolf is accepting sealed bids for roadwork needed on Fisk Avenue located within the Town of Black Wolf within Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
The work on Fisk Avenue begins at County Road I until US HWY 45 and consists of:
- Asphalt Wedging on approximately 4480 SY
- Overlay of 3700’ x 22’ x 1.5”
- And necessary shoulder work
Bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting on Monday, October 12, 2026 after 7:00p.m and are due by 4:00p.m on October 12, 2026. Mail or deliver sealed bids to:
