PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT at 6:30 p.m., June 8, 2026, at the Town of Black Wolf Town Hall, 380 East Black Wolf Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902, the Town of Black Wolf Planning and Zoning Committee will conduct a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendment concerns the Town’s updated Zoning Map.

LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT at 6:30 p.m., June 8, 2026, at the Town of Black Wolf Town Hall, 380 East Black Wolf Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902, the Town of Black Wolf Planning and Zoning Committee will conduct a public hearing for the purpose to consider the Town’s adoption of an updated Zoning Map and to rescind the resolution to allow Winnebago County to administer County general zoning in Town shoreland areas.
At the conclusion of the hearing the Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board regarding the Zoning Map and possible rescission. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. In addition, a quorum of the Town Board may be present during the Plan Commission hearings for information gathering purposes but will not take any action.
